Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrustScore's website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TrustScore, LLC ("TrustScore," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Mexico limited liability company with principal offices at 1342 NM 333, Tijeras, New Mexico 87059. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, reside in the United States, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Service Description
TrustScore provides credit monitoring, identity theft protection, and financial education services:

Important Limitation
- - TrustScore is NOT a credit repair organization
- - We do not promise to improve or fix your credit
- - Score improvements depend on individual actions
3. FCRA Compliance
TrustScore operates in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.). You have specific rights regarding your credit information, including the right to access your credit report, dispute inaccurate information, know who has accessed your report, and opt-out of prescreened credit offers.
4. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. TrustScore implements multi-factor authentication (MFA), session timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity, and automatic account lockout after 5 failed login attempts for your security.
5. Subscription & Billing
Free Tier: Basic credit monitoring with limited features, available at no cost.
Pro Plan ($9.99/month): Full credit monitoring, 3-bureau reports, real-time alerts, identity theft insurance up to $25,000.
Premium Plan ($19.99/month): All Pro features plus dark web surveillance, credit lock/freeze, identity restoration service, dedicated account manager, and family protection for up to 5 members.
Annual billing available with 2 months free. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
6. Prohibited Uses
- xViolating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- xAttempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- xUsing the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- xReverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
- xSharing your account credentials with third parties
- xScraping, data mining, or automated data collection from the Service
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTSCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Arbitration shall take place in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Small claims court actions are excluded from this arbitration agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles, and applicable federal law including the FCRA, GLBA, and FTC Act.
